Hyannis - Oak Bluffs takes about an hour as well and runs from May through October, with three to four sailings a day.

Nantucket - Oak Bluffs is the inter-island ferry: direct, non-stop, about 70 minutes, three times a day in season.

Check-in and parking

Hy-Line asks you to arrive at least 45 minutes before departure. Its Hyannis terminal is at 220 Ocean Street, with parking on site and at the off-site lot at 183 Iyannough Road, a mile away, where a free shuttle runs to the pier in season; allow 45 to 60 minutes if you use it. The Hyannis port guide has the shuttle dates and the overflow lot; parking fees are on the prices page.

On board

The ferries carry bikes and e-bikes on a bike ticket. Pets are welcome, except in the Captain's View lounge, the upgraded seating on the Nantucket route. Fares are split into adult and child, with children from 5 to 12 and infants from 0 to 4, who travel free but need a ticket.

Contact

Hy-Line's parking and terminal line is (508) 815-2221. Questions about a booking made through this site go to the seller named in your confirmation; the contact page explains who to ask for what.
